She quickly found her calling with sports and when her family moved to North Carolina for her sophomore year of high school she negotiated her first deal with the admissions department of Cary Academy to allow her to be the only athlete in school to compete in four sports, to the normal three allowed, before she would agree to enroll. College is where she realized her love for interacting with people would lead her to a degree in Communications studies.

Larkin is also big on community, and you can often find her volunteering as a basketball coach with the youth recreation system, or helping out with the 5k fundraiser races with the local elementary and middle school. She is the first to jump when someone needs help, and this lends itself to being a huge support system for her clients. She is passionate about this community and believes you should love where you live. She’ll tell you herself that her best days are those where she gets the opportunity to help people find, not just a house, but a home.
