This isn't the first house I bought but it is the first house I bought in South Carolina. In searching for a good mortgage lender, I came across David's name and read the reviews people had submitted on his behalf. Going with David was the best decision I made. He knows this business and was invaluable in getting me the best option that fit my needs. He is prompt in responding to any question and returning calls if he is not available. He and his staff will get you through the unique circumstances that on the surface may seem like you will have a tough going getting a mortgage. He becomes your advocate in getting you into your home. A few weeks before closing I was hospitalized with COVID19. David called me up while I was in the hospital not to ask about whether or not I was able to do the scheduled closing - he called to ask how I was doing. David and his staff are people of principal. He will earn your trust.

When I called Cain Mortgage and told them my criteria, they delivered with a package that I didn't even think about and turn out to be the best one.
