Choum Nutter

Fluent in three languages, English, Laos and Thai, Choum began her career in the financial industry more than 30 years ago in her native Laos. She worked as a tax accountant and an English interpreter before focusing on real estate and mortgage lending. Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

She enjoys helping borrowers get the financing they need to make their dreams come true. Whether they are buying their first home, making renovations with a cash-out refinance or buying a second or investment home, Choum is there for her customers and puts their needs first. “I am very happy and grateful when I can help them reach their goals,” she says.

When she is not helping home buyers, Choum expresses her artistic side with creative crafts including painting, embroidering, knitting and jewelry making. She is also active in her church and loves spending time with her family.
