Originally from Colombia, South America, where she studied law, Carolina is bilingual with Spanish her native language and English her second language. Licensed in South Carolina and Florida, she has been working in the mortgage industry since 2019, applying the skills and insight she learned in her previous professional role – helping attorneys prepare their legal cases.
Her work as a mortgage bankers allows her to combine her attention to detail with her love of people and excellent customer service skills. “I enjoy helping people and I make sure they have a positive experience because I know I can help them over the course of their lifetime, not just for one transaction. It is rewarding to show people that buying the house of their dreams is something they can achieve.”
In her free time, Carolina enjoys spending time with friends and FaceTiming her parents, who still live in Colombia. She enjoys working out and learning new things and is currently learning Korean through online classes.
