Sean Tobin

In his second year as a mortgage loan officer, Sean takes great pride in helping his customers become homeowners, especially the military Veterans who never thought they would own their own home. “The gratitude in their voices is touching,” he says.

Sean attributes his success in the mortgage industry to being a very good listener. He likes to quote the old adage, ‘God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason.’ His listening skills enable help him understand what his customer is trying to accomplish so he can match them with the product that best serves their needs and wants. Integrity is another strength. “I never make false promises.”

When he is not helping customers through the home loan process, Sean and his wife and love taking their dogs to the islands in Wilmington’s intracoastal waterway.
