Kevin Holton

With more than 30 years experience in mortgage financing, Kevin is a true industry leader. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Business Finance, his progressive career has given him valuable knowledge in every aspect of the home loan process. His last position before joining Resource was Senior VP of National Sales with American Armed ForcesMutual Aid Association (AAFMAA). He is a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist.

When he’s not providing exceptional customer service for homebuyers, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his adult children when they are home from college. He also enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach, fishing and golfing. He is an active volunteer with Wilmington non-profits including Step up for Soldiers, the Veterans Day Parade and the Lo-Tide Run to help families who experience financial hardships due to a cancer diagnosis.
