Josh is a graduate from the University of South Carolina with degrees in finance and real estate. He has more than eight years experience as a mortgage banker with Resource Financial. His expertise covers a wide range of loan programs including conventional, VA, FHA, USDA and down payment assistance programs.
With a passion for helping families achieve home ownership, Josh is a skilled problem-solver who enjoys a challenge, especially when it results in someone buying their dream home.
In his free time you’ll find Josh with his family, wife Jessica, their young daughter Saylor and son Rawlins. They enjoy boating on Lake Murray and attending Northside Baptist Church in Lexington, SC.

Josh was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first home purchase, and he made sure to walk me through every step, answering my questions along the way, and reminding me of things that I may have let slip through the cracks.
